·         Complete it on your PC or laptop and then send by email to conference@mainstream-uk.com 

·         You will be sent an acknowledgement and invoice by email; if you have had no acknowledgement within 48 hours, please ring 07889 158215 (with the exception of 28 August–5 September and 5–12 October)

·         Despite an increase in costs at The Hayes, we are holding our prices at the 2010 Conference rate until 31 October. From 1 November there will be an additional £5 surcharge for each person booking

·         This year we have introduced a special budget rate for theological students and those in low-paid Christian ministry prepared to share a non-ensuite twin-bedded room with another of the same gender!

·         Please note that in the case of cancellation before 31 December 2010 we will refund the booking fee less a £30 charge; after 31 December 2010 the fee will be retained in full. You can transfer booked places within your party without penalty, provided the choice of accommodation is the same and you notify us beforehand. You may find it helpful to check if your conference booking is covered by your annual travel insurance
